Documents required for submission

	Business profile/ concept
	Copy of trade license
	For SME member
	-	Personal profile
	-	Membership letter from Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business leaders if member.

Criteria for selection of tenants

-	Retail mix that satisfies the requirements of aswaaq community centers and that does not conflict with aswaaq supermarket business.
-	Excellent Business plan with high standards (new and unique idea).
-	Minimum 20% of the retail space will be allocated to SME members and priority will be given to SME member residing in the same or surrounded area of aswaaq community centre.
-	Remaining retail space (Maximum 80%) will be allocated to anchor tenants.
-	Participation in aswaaq loyalty program.
-	Contribute to the support and development of the community.

Benefit for SME Members

	Minimum 20% of the retail space will be allocated to SME members and priority will be given to SME member residing in the same or surrounded area of aswaaq community centre.
	20% discount on rent rates.
	Payment of rent by four cheques installment.
	-	Provide marketing support through advertisement of the retail shops upon mutual agreements of both parties.
	-	Allocate a kiosk for daily, weekly and monthly rent for SME members.
