   Wafa Loyalty Program gives aswaaq customers amazing benefits and rewards.

   Cardholders earn a minimum of one Wafa point for every one Dirham spent that can be redeemed for valuable products & services at aswaaq and participating shops in the aswaaq community.

   Wafa card holders will always be entitled to new and exciting in-store promotions, rewards, and on the spot discounts!

   You will collect valuable points just for shopping with aswaaq that can be redeemed to get products ,services or cash.

   You will be eligible for great instant discounts and promotions.

    You will receive a monthly statement by email.

  Your balance will be recorded on every cashier receipt.

Question Does my Wafa card or my Wafa points have an expiration date?
 
  No, there is no expiration date for the Wafa card or the points accumulated.
 
Question How do I earn Wafa points?
  Every time you shop with aswaaq supermarkets, show your Wafa card and you will earn at least 1 point for every 1 Dirham you spend.  
Question How do I redeem Wafa points?
 

   For every 100 Wafa points you collect, you’ll earn 1 Dirham to spend towards your shopping! Simply inform the cashier that you will pay using you’re accumulated Wafa points.

   Your pin number is required to redeem your Wafa points.

 
Question How do I encash my wafa points ?
 

You can encash your monthly returns between the 12th and 22nd of the following month, by simply presenting your wafa card along with your ID at any aswaaq supermarket customer service counter.
You can also save your benefits value in your e-wallet and use it for future purchases.

 
   
Question

What is the Wafa sub-card?

 

   The Wafa sub-card is a card designed for family usage to help you collect points on your primary Wafa card. Sub-cards are a great convenience for the whole family!

   Sub-card purchase points will automatically be transferred to the primary Wafa card for easy accumulation.

   They’re easy and convenient because sub-card holders don’t need to pay with money—the cashier just debits the sub-card! So it’s convenient if you want to send the driver to pick up groceries or you want to send the kids to pick something up!

 
   
Question Will I get a statement for the sub-card or the primary Wafa card?
 

With each sub-card, you will receive a separate statement, but since it’s linked to the primary Wafa card, you will also receive a main combined statement which will show you the points you’ve accumulated on the primary Wafa card.

 
   
Question How long will it take me to get my Wafa sub-cards?
 

Just call 800 aswaaq or visit aswaaq customer service and ask for Wafa sub-cards, and you will receive your sub-cards within a few days of your request.

 
   
Question What is the E-Wallet?
 

  The E-Wallet is a function of the card that allows you to charge the card with money and use it to pay for your aswaaq purchases.

   Your pin number is required for you to pay with your Wafa card.

   To charge your Wafa card, just visit aswaaq customer service and our staff will gladly attend to your request.

 
   
Question How will I know how much money is left in my E-Wallet?
 

Your points will be indicated in the balance after every purchase. 100 points is equivalent to 1 AED.

 
   
Question Is there a maximum or minimum amount that needs to be maintained in order to use the E-Wallet?

Question What if my Wafa card is lost or stolen?
 

   Simply visit any aswaaq supermarket and advise us that you require a new card or call 800 aswaaq.

   We will transfer your previous balance to your new card and send it to you by mail.

   An amount of 30Dhs will be charges for card replacement.

 
   
Question I have filled out the form and I have a temporary card. When do I get the permanent card?
 

1. We will call you once you reach 1000 wafa points to take you full details.
2. We will send you an sms when the permanent card is ready for collection from the store you registered at.

 
   
Question What do I do if I change address, phone numbers, or any other information that I supplied on my enrollment form?
 

Call us at 800 aswaaq to update your profile or email us on wafa@aswaaq.ae.

 
   
Question How often does aswaaq do Wafa promotions?
 

aswaaq is always having special promotions for Wafa cardholders, in addition to regular promotions.

 
   
Question If I don't have my card with me, can I still receive points for my purchase?
 

If you do not have your Wafa card, you can give the cashier your mobile number to receive points for your purchase. To pay using Wafa points, your Wafa card is required.

 
   
Question What is the policy for exchanges or returns?
 

In the case where you return an item bought using your Wafa points, your points will be returned to your account for the purchase. In the case where you exchange your purchase, your points will be deducted from the first purchase only.

 
   
Question Where is my Wafa card accepted?
 

The Wafa card is accepted all aswaaq supermarkets. In the near future, other retail outlets will participate in the program to both earn and redeem your Wafa points.

 
   
Question Are Points transferable or exchangeable between Wafa members?
 

Wafa points are not transferable or exchangeable between members.

 
   
Question Are there different levels of Wafa card like platinum or gold level?
 

Shoppers at aswaaq enjoy the same great benefits and rewards, except for some identified prior agreements with organizations, charities…etc

 
   
Question Is there an annual fee for the Wafa membership?
 

No, your Wafa card and your Wafa membership are absolutely free! You just have to spend a minimum of 1000 AED at aswaaq to get started. In case of lose, damage or misspell the name an amount of 30 AED will be charged to replace the card

 
   
Question What about privacy of information?
 

We will not rent, sell, or provide our Wafa members’ personal information to any organization or individual. We maintain the highest standards with respect to privacy, security and integrity of personal information.

 
   
Question Can I collect points if I use the aswaaq home delivery service?
 

Absolutely, all aswaaq purchases can be redeemed for Wafa points. You can even pay for your home delivery with Wafa points!
